My iphone 6 is broken

Hello,


My Iphone 6 stop working and it seems to be irreparable. Am I able to change it for a new one? I bought it in december 2014 in US.


How does your replacement policy works?

You are not talking to Apple. This is a user forum.

The warranty is 1 year. 2 years IF you purchased AppleCare+ for the device.

Either way, you can only get it serviced, in or out of warranty, in the US.

If you are not in the US, you can not ship it to Apple in the US for service. You will have to physically take it to Apple in the US or send it to someone in the US and have them take it in for service for you.
